Shipping policy

SHIPPING.

All orders ship from the United States to the address provided at checkout. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. A shipping confirmation along with a tracking number is emailed once order is shipped. Rancho Lazy Daisy is not responsible for packages once in transit with the carrier, and cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or uncontrollable events. Buyers are responsible for returned packages due to incorrect addresses, re-shipment fees or lost/stolen packages.
